17th day of Arodus, 4713 AR

I thought, “That was easy, took out their leader already. Then, 3 weresharks and this Huge one burst out of the water.

While the battle against the 3 weresharks outside the orphanage continued, the situation was looking bad for us. Until the ankylosaurus appeared. He was demolishing a wereshark while me, Nlishgar, Sarisa, Kelnar and Gwenelyth took out the other two. As the ankylosaurus took the last one down with a skull crushing tail slap, a psycho kid yellered (more like screamed) “She did it, she did it, she set it on fire!”

So into the building we went, and there was a girl on the second floor, with black eyes. After defeating her, she said, “It wasn’t the right time.” Whatever that means.

We used some black powder to blow up the place, and I considered giving the orphans some swords. We went to a store and tried to get some silver weapons, but his prices were way too high. I should have killed him. Kelnar wanted to go to the magic shop Sagacious Samuel’s, and we all agreed.

Out front was a kung-fu wereshark taking on a couple of dragoons. We went after the wereshark, and just before Nlishgar killed it, Kelnar was having some constipation issues (by constipation issues I mean him not being able to take a poo after he airwalked above the kung-fu wereshark). After Kelnar got his business done, we tried to get into the shop.

The wizard thought we were enemies and paralyzed Nlishgar. After the situation was resolved, we told him about our need for some magical items, he said “There’s no time. Let’s get to the docks, here take these scrolls if you’re a spellcaster.” Then he poofed us to the dock.

We were soon assaulted by four weresharks. We took out a couple, and then I was knocked unconscious. I heard a whimper of pain and a sound like falling rocks. I was nearing the light, and it is true that your life flashes before your eyes when you die. I see two of me when I was a baby, weird. I am now in Paradise, there is all I’ve ever wanted in front of me, but then a majestic humanoid tells me, “Your time isn’t up.”

My eyes shoot open. I’m under a wereshark, and they do smell bad. But nothing my bow can’t handle. So there we are, I’m shooting arrows up the wereshark’s butthole, when he falls. The last one flees, but one snipe to the head took him down.

We advanced forward, where there was a guy shouting, “If we don’t get the jawbone, the people on the boat will burn!” Nlishgar was given the jawbone for protection a while back, and when the dude sees him he said, “You give us the jawbone!” Then he turned into a wereshark. We easily took him down.

I thought, “That was easy, took out their leader already. Then, 3 weresharks and this Huge one burst out of the water. Gwenelyth tried to chain lightning all of them, which (not surprisingly) didn’t work.

We knew this might be our last fight, so we would make it our most heroic, and with resources depleted.

We did the obvious thing: we attacked them head on.
