Some people are disregarding rules, and losing as much as 6 or 8 XP unnecessarily for failing to do some things that take less than 30 seconds.
Shame, shame, shame.
Let’s review again how you can lose XP:
Not signing in: -2 XP
NOT having EACH of the following items in your folder when you leave (it doesn’t matter if you didn’t play this day):
—Your folder must be back in the organizer in alphabetical order (-2 XP)
—Plastic bag with your name in your folder (-2 XP)
—A character pawn in your bag (-2 XP)
—Your initiative card in your bag (-2 XP)
Your table (including the computer table if you sat there) isn’t clean before you leave. This includes:
—Cleaning the floor and the area around your table
—Each desk must have a chair on it, even if this means getting an extra chair from somewhere else in the room
— ALL food debris must be cleaned up also.
— The penalty is -3 XP for everyone in the group, INCLUDING for people who helped
You didn’t help your table clean up: -3 XP (this stacks with the previous one!)
Interrupting a GM inappropriately when they’re trying to run a game (The “Interruption Penalty”): -3 XP
Playing games, playing music, or watching videos on your portable device or on a computer without the Grandmaster’s permission: -3 XP, and portable device is confiscated
Ignoring a direct order from the Grandmaster: at least -5 XP
Bad or unruly behavior: at least -3 XP
Quitting an adventure you have already joined or been assigned to: You earn 0 XP for the entire day, and penalties still take effect.
You don’t GM when you were scheduled on the Adventure Queue: -10 XP
Continued unacceptable behavior: leaving for the day, and possibly banned from The Guild permanently
