Since we last left off, our heroes were able to obtain what seemed to be clues to Garr Bloodbane’s treasure cache. His son Skarru continues their story…

18th day of Erastus, 4713 AR

skull-crossbones5Then Gregory Bonedeuce that son of a %#$*! mother$#@*ing #@*% asked us to do a drug bust.  I agreed because I knew I would get to fight.

Well, we finally got out of those damn sewers.  It was not fun I tell’ya, wanderin through miles of sewer wit’ no way to get out.  We ran into some weird things called necroworms or some damn thing like that.  When we finally got out, I was never more grateful to have a bath in my entire life. (Well maybe except for that one time at the party with the priestesses of Calistria. That was one crazy ass time).

Anywayyyyyy, we met Mara, a priestess of Sarenrae.  Looked nice enough, though not as nice as some.  As we were walkin along the docks, some !*$%in Dragoons asked us to investigate a ship.  We went in an fought some weird wormy things.  I got one in my bait can.  I caught a big ol’ catfish.

Then Gregory Bonedeuce that son of a %#$*! mother$#@*ing #@*% asked us to do a drug bust and find a drug overlord.  I agreed because I knew I would get to fight.

When we got to the bust at midnight, the ship pulled in.  Then the archer shot an arrow at the guard and it began.  Nightflame made big ol’ tentacles come out of the ground and attack some people handing out dragonsmoke.  Then I ran in and attacked a guard.  I jumped on to the ship and Nightflame encased me in a hemisphere of ice with a couple pirates.  I felled them all.  Ziara says that when the dome went up, they were standing, and when it went down, they were lying on the ground bleeding.  I staggered back home after then and slept.

Moises’ bonus XP for writeups when he was in the Razor Coast campaign transferred over. Also, his bio bonus XP didn’t transfer since it was about a different character (Stephanie). And so he wrote a new bio for Jason that replaced the lost bonus XP.

Also, when you get a bonus “tenth of a level,” that scales up. So a tenth of a level when you were Level 5 was 800 XP. When you’re Level 7 that bonus becomes 1,600 XP, and so on, and so on. The PENALTIES scale up also. (Behind his XP and your XP is a separate number that I track, which is your “XP without bonuses and penalties.”)
